Volcano erupts in Russia’s Kamchatka
The Bezymianny volcano in Russia’s far eastern Kamchatka peninsula erupted seven times on Saturday, according to the Institute of Volcanology and Seismology of the Far Eastern Branch of Russia’s Academy of Sciences. The ash spewed does not pose a health risk as there are no settlements in the area, Russian EMERCOM stated.
