Liz Truss - next UK PM, pledges to support Ukraine

Liz Truss, who had been serving as Britain’s foreign minister, was elected as the new leader of the Conservative Party at the Queen Elizabeth II Centre on Monday. She has shown strong support for Kiev in its ongoing conflict with Russia, and has also announced plans to increase British military and humanitarian aid to Kiev, if elected.
