Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky has issued a decree to revoke the citizenship of 13 senior clergy members of the Ukrainian Orthodox Church, which is associated with the Moscow Patriarchate, sparking accusations of wrongful persecution of the religious because of its close ties to Russia.
