Fire engulfs private shelter for homeless elderly in Russia

A fire broke out at an unregistered shelter for the homeless elderly in the Siberian city of Kemerovo. At least 20 people died in the blaze. Some 28 vehicles and 80 firefighters were dispatched to the scene.
