China condemns Biden’s claims over Taiwan

Beijing has condemned Joe Biden’s remarks over Taiwan, stating Washington will take firm action to defend its sovereignty and security interests. Earlier the U.S. president said America was ready to intervene militarily if China was to ‘invade the island territory’.
