"Easements, Public Easements, and Prospects for the Development of Such Relations" Alexey Aleksandrovich Zavyalov – Doctor of Economics, Head of the Department of Property Management of Subjects of the Russian Federation and Municipalities at the Higher School of Privatization and Entrepreneurship, member of the working group on improving property legislation of the Presidential Council for the Codification and Improvement of Civil Legislation On May 26, 2022, the House on Brestskaya Street hosted two sections: "Digital Technologies in Pricing and Estimating" and "Legal Regulation of Land and Property Relations" as part of the 5th All-Russian Practical Seminar "URBAN PLANNING ACTIVITIES – 2022." On the third day of the seminar, 60 people participated in person and 160 online. Fifteen speakers from leading ministries and agencies of the Russian Federation, as well as representatives of the scientific, expert, and business communities, delivered presentations. The event was organized by the University of the Ministry of Construction, Research Institute of Building Physics, Russian Academy of Architecture and Construction Sciences, in collaboration with the State Budgetary Institution Mosstroyinform and NOTIM, with the support of the Ministry of Construction of Russia and the Moscow Department of Urban Development.
