New Year's Eve terror plot foiled in Zaporozhye Region

Russia's security services have destroyed a vehicle that was loaded with explosives and placed in a residential area of Energodar in Zaporozhye Region. The FSB says a terror attack was planned by Ukrainian militants against civilians. The van had been left parked two days before with the intention of being detonated on New Year's Eve.
