Neon Abyss 2 has launched into Early Access on Steam! The upgraded Abyss 2.0 is open for business, and we’ll take anything you’ve got. Dive in now with up to four-player co-op, allowing you to hit every corner of the Abyss with upgraded firepower, Agents, Hatchmons and… well, everything. Jump in now to experience: Chaotic four-player multiplayer – move forward as one to face challenges together, or split up and explore each level of the upgraded Abyss 2.0 separately. Multiplying the Agents multiplies the chaos with more synergies, more firepower and more anarchy. An upgraded arsenal – the upgraded Abyss 2.0 gives more than just “guns – lots of guns”. We’ve added new swords, knuckles, magical weapons and even sports equipment (not JUST good for a zombi apocalypse). Upgrade weapons to provide even more synergies and approach the Abyss with a personalised loadout. The new Faith system – devote yourself to a Faith at the beginning of each level in the Abyss 2.0. Modify your playstyle to achieve one-ness with your chosen Faith and grab related rewards in our specialised Faith temples. Or don’t, I’m not your dad. New Superpets! – Hatchmons start young in the Abyss 2.0, but our new system allows them to evolve into more than the sum of their parts! Fuse together different baby Hatchmons to create Superpets which come with their own unique abilities. Upgraded visuals – each level of the Abyss 2.0 now has its own unique theme and style. You might not look at it too much as you’re blasting, slashing and bashing your way through enemies, but it’s there and we worked hard on it, so appreciate it, please. Speedrun Challenges – an optional extra in the Abyss 2.0. Dive in with the regular Abyssal experience, or switch to a time-attack run in both solo and multiplayer.
