Хайленд Голд, Руссдрагмет) Кун-Манье — сульфидное Ni-Cu месторождение с кобальтом и платиноидами на границе Зейского района Амурской области и Тугуро-Чумиканского района Хабаровского края; оруденение связано с пластовыми и линзовидно-пластовыми интрузиями кун-маньенского мафит-ультрамафитового комплекса, руды преимущественно вкрапленные, по содержаниям рядовые. Запасы B+C1 — 144.2 млн т руды, 1.1 млн т никеля, 304 тыс. т меди. Лицензией владела Amur Minerals Corporation через ЗАО «Кун-Манье»; в марте 2023 актив за 35 млн долларов перешёл к структурам Владислава Свиблова. Сейчас проект ведёт МКАО "АРЕАЛ" через АО «Кун-Манье» и находится на проектной стадии. В 2023–2024 годах выполнены полный комплекс ГРР - открыты месторождение спутник "Исполин", проведены доразведка и технологические исследования, параллельно велось проектирование ГОКа. Рядом с Кун-Манье компанией также открыты рудопроявления "Бургаленджа" и "Тыркан". В августе 2024 правительство расширило границы ТОР «Амурская» под участок в Зейском округе, а на ВЭФ в сентябре 2024 КРДВ и АО «Кун-Манье» подписали соглашение о реализации инвестпроекта, и компания получила статус резидента ТОР. Параметры проекта: около 114.2 млрд рублей частных инвестиций, порядка 1700 рабочих мест, запуск предприятия по переработке руды с выпуском никелевого концентрата — не позднее 2029 года. Потенциальный срок отработки — 25 лет при производительности до 11.2 млн т руды в год, тогда как по ранее утверждённому ТЭО с заключением ГКЗ фигурировали 12.4 млн т в год и два товарных концентрата. Окупаемость оценивается в 12 лет, совокупные бюджетные поступления за 2024–2043 годы — 108.7 млрд рублей. Ключевой риск сроков — инфраструктура: объект зажат между хребтами и удалён от транспортной сети, поэтому в контур проекта входят строительство подъездной автодороги и ЛЭП, и по признанию самой компании сложность здесь и в логистике, и в проектировании с учётом рельефа. ----- Kun-Manier is a sulfide Ni-Cu deposit containing cobalt and platinum group metals located on the border between the Zeya District of the Amur Region and the Tuguro-Chumikansky District of the Khabarovsk Krai; The mineralization is associated with stratiform and lenticular-stratiform intrusions of the Kun-Maniye mafic-ultramafic complex; the ores are predominantly disseminated and of average grade. B+C1 reserves total 144.2 million metric tons of ore, 1.1 million metric tons of nickel, and 304,000 metric tons of copper. The license was held by Amur Minerals Corporation through ZAO “Kun-Manier”; in March 2023, the asset was transferred to entities controlled by Vladislav Sviblov for $35 million. Currently, the project is being managed by russian mining company “AREA” through JSC “Kun-Manie” and is in the design phase. In 2023–2024, a full range of geological exploration work was carried out—the “Ispolin” satellite deposit was discovered, follow-up exploration and technical studies were conducted, and the design of the mining and processing plant was carried out in parallel. Near Kun-Manie, the company also discovered the “Burgalendzha” and “Tyrkan” ore occurrences. In August 2024, the government expanded the boundaries of the “Amurskaya” Advanced Special Economic Zone (ASEZ) to include a plot in the Zeya District, and at the Eastern Economic Forum (EEF) in September 2024, KRDV and Kun-Manie JSC signed an agreement to implement the investment project, and the company received ASEZ resident status. Project parameters: approximately 114.2 billion rubles in private investment, about 1,700 jobs, and the launch of an ore processing plant producing nickel concentrate—no later than 2029. The potential mine life is 25 years with a production capacity of up to 11.2 million metric tons of ore per year, whereas the previously approved feasibility study, which included a conclusion from the State Mining Commission, specified 12.4 million metric tons per year and two commercial concentrates. The payback period is estimated at 12 years, with total budget revenues for 2024–2043 amounting to 108.7 billion rubles. The key risk to the timeline is infrastructure: the site is wedged between mountain ridges and remote from the transportation network, so the project scope includes the construction of an access road and a power line; as the company itself acknowledges, the challenges here lie in both logistics and design, given the terrain.
