Fears of a potential nuclear catastrophe are again hanging over Europe. The International Atomic Energy Agency chief has interrupted his vacation to attend a UN Security Council meeting at Russia's request, as Moscow accuses Ukraine of attacking the Zaporozhye nuclear power plant.
