Ugandan President Museveni explains anti-Russia sanctions

Ugandan President Museveni has shared his understanding of anti-Russia sanctions, that they do not directly target grain and fertilizer supplies, that this occurs indirectly through the sanctioning of ship movements, financial operations and insurance services.
