C.A.R. police reveal new details of attack on Russian representative

Law enforcement agencies in the Central African Republic have revealed details of their investigation into the attack on the head of the Russian House, Dmitriy Sytiy, who was injured by an explosive device sent to him in a parcel last year. The package contained a threatening letter calling on Russians to leave Africa.
