Bolivian coca-grower groups clash in La Paz

Police dispersed groups of coca-growers who caused turmoil on the streets of La Paz, Bolivia. The bloc of Arnold Alanes, which represents the parallel market, started the march and faced the competing Adepcoca bloc, which claims the parallel market is illegal and enjoys government support.
