M23 group says it wants to respect ceasefire despite not being invited to peace talks

Kenya has started another round of peace talks to try resolve the conflict in the Democratic Republic of Congo near its border with Rwanda, yet, the major insurgent group fighting in this area, M23, was not invited to the negotiations.
