DRC uncertain whether ceasefire between govt forces and M23 militia will hold

Following peace negotiations in Angola last week, a truce between the M23 insurgent group and the DRC appears to be holding. Rwanda agreed to a ceasefire and the withdrawal of M23 forces from the Congolese east.
