The US wants heavily-sanctioned Venezuela to behave more democratically and friendly towards it – or the sanctions which the Latin American nation endures could get tougher. This comes as Caracas stopped Washington-authorised oil shipments to Europe, saying it instead wants refined fuels from European producers in exchange.
