Если пациенты испытывают дискомфорт от того, что у них есть участки в области усов и бороды, где отсутствуют волосы, то:

▫️либо это рубец после травмы,
▫️либо перенесенное заболевание с подрывным фолликулитом и отсутсвие в какой-то локальной зоне волос.

В данном случае мы рекомендуем провести имплантацию волосяных фолликулов в область усов и бороды. Именно в те зоны, где заметно, что там волос мало.

Особенности имплантации связаны с тем, что эта зона хорошо снабжается кровью и область лица в данном месте наиболее чувствительна. Анестезия требует более тщательного подбора. Вполне возможно проведение большего насыщения подкожно-жировой клетчатки дополнительным анестетиком, чтобы убрать болевые ощущения.

The specificity of grafting is concerned with the fact that this region is well nourished with blood and the facial region in this place is the most sensitive. It is necessary to select the anesthetic more thoroughly. It is quite possible to perform a greater saturation of subcutaneous adipose tissue with an additional anesthetic to avoid pain sense.
