ROOFTOP GROOVES #16 - The House Music Edition
DJ Set recorded live in July 2025 on the island of Florianópolis, southern Brazil. Rooftop Grooves was the first video on this channel to reach a wide audience. The very first episode of this series was undoubtedly the one that put my work on YouTube’s algorithmic map and introduced my music to millions of people. Since then, it’s always a pleasure to create another video in this series. This one, however, wasn’t recorded live from a rooftop, but rather from my apartment in downtown Florianópolis — a city on an island in southern Brazil — on a cold winter morning. And yes, in case you didn’t know, we do have winter in Brazil — and in the south, it can get quite chilly. The set was recorded on a 10-degree day, but in my mind, I was on a spring afternoon, watching the sun set from a rooftop filled with friends. People who were there not just to relax and enjoy the vibe, but also to dance and feel free. That’s why this episode is packed with house music to get your hips moving — even if you’re sitting down working while you listen. May your heart, at least, beat a little faster on the inside.
