Super Mario World 2 Yoshi's Island - World 1
World 1 is the first world of Super Mario World 2: Yoshi's Island and Yoshi's Island: Super Mario Advance 3. The world contains eight normal levels; its Extra Stage is Extra 1: Poochy Ain't Stupid, and its Secret Stage is Secret 1: Exercise in the Skies. The world's theme is a grassy plain in spring. Collecting 800 points (700 in the remake) will unlock the Flip Cards Bonus Challenge to play anytime. The opening portion of the Yoshi's Island course in the Mario Kart 8 Deluxe – Booster Course Pass is based on World 1.
