Ride it (you CAN'T control it at the first time, so you can only enjoy the free ride - the horse will follow the Vampiress wherever she goes). Then ask your friend to transform into the knight. All the ghouls will die, but not your horse ('coz you are riding it). And there is a bug - you'll become invisible for some time (other players and mobs will see you). So, enjoy it ^_^ Have fun.
