The Key To Setting Aside A Default Judgment

http://www.alabamaconsumer.com/2016/08/key-setting-aside-default-judgment/ The key to setting aside a default judgment is to be able to prove that the court record is wrong about the time you were served because of an impossible circumstance. We've had cases where we could prove there is no way in the world our client was served as they were in ICU or out of town, no longer lived at the house where they were supposedly served, etc. Key is to gather evidence that shows you were not served and could not have been served on the date and time (and location) where the court record says you were served. If you have any questions about what we've talked about in this video, feel free to call us at 1-205-879-2447. Thanks for watching! John G.
