Every earth location takes a role of a location from the original Pokémon universe. The main storyline takes place in the alternate Moscow, that takes the role of Lavender Town. The story tells us about a ghost, that got a human body. A ghost appears when a clot of magic forms soul and mind, creating a creature that looks like a (mostly) formless white matter. But in this case, magic gave ghost a body. And it was named "Allister".
