"Astro Quest" Unlicensed Surgery is Adventure game heavily inspired by Sierra On-Line titles like King's Quest. Astro Quest is a sci-fi adventure game for Symbian S60 developed by MagiXoft and released in 2005. You play as Robert Stark, a small space cargo pilot who docks at an orbital station after a routine flight. What seems like an ordinary stop quickly turns into a nightmare. After exploring the station, Robert suddenly loses consciousness and wakes up transformed into a cyborg. Before the final mind-control chip can be implanted, he escapes and begins searching for the truth behind the experiment. The game takes place inside a futuristic orbital station filled with bars, laboratories, vacuum zones, and mysterious corridors. Players explore locations, talk to characters, collect items, and solve simple puzzles while trying to survive and uncover who is responsible. Some wrong actions can lead to death, so saving progress is important. Astro Quest uses a classic point-and-click adventure system adapted for Symbian phones. Movement is controlled with keypad buttons, while interactions use a radial menu with options like Look, Talk, Use, Item Use, and Inventory. The graphics are colorful and detailed for its time, with nicely drawn interiors, space views, and small visual touches like reflections.
