Nityananda trayodashi, NYC Chinese New Year parade - Harinama This is a compilation of scenes from out Harinam party in Chinatown on the Appearance Day of Lord Nityananda, February 17, 2019. About twenty devotees were involved in either chanting, distributing transcendental literature, prasadam, and cards printed in Chinese inviting those who lined the streets to chant the Holy Name. (There is no other way, no other way, no other way to achieve self-realization in the present age). Four senior men took turns leading the kirtana including Murali Mohan Maharaja, myself, Brahmabhuta and Murali Krishna prabhus, These are the names of other vaisnavas who received the mercy of Nityananada Prabhu: Vaisnavis Vrinda Devi, Mangala Gita and Satya (Sonya Shafir) from Brighton Beach, Mother Vani from Columbus, Ohio, Mother Acra and Bhaktin Joan, both from New York City. Other men included Arjuna of Krishna World Entertainment, Padma Locana, our mrdanga player, Bhakta Mark and Raja Vidya prabhu from Long Island, Ahaituki prema prabhu, Bhakta Bill, Mark Watanabe and his two kids,and Prabhud prabhu who played the gong the whole time. I felt blessed just to be in their association. Absolutely phenomenal photos and videos! You totally captured the devotees experiencing the mercy of Nityananda Prabhu as we performed Sankirtana for the benefit of the many conditioned souls bewildered by material energy.I w as overjoyed to chant in the association of Murali Mohan Maharaja and the great devotees from Brighton Beach.
