The cabin build is stalled. Not because of winter or permits — because the car is in pieces in St Petersburg. I'm stuck waiting for parts while the engine bay sits open. Springs on the bench, fuel system issues, electrical gremlins... just normal old car reality in Russia. This isn't drama.
