No, this is a concept trailer, in the channel its called “what if” trailer, like mentioned in the start and end credits of the trailer. ►Is this trailer inspired by an upcoming film? No official movie coming soon so far. ►What is the aim for making these trailers? In Macam Studios they are created to inspire film-makers, actors and fans to dreaming without limits, through ‘what if’ trailers. ►How are ‘what if’ trailers made? I start by becoming a fan of the film, then research franchise news, fan theories and updates about the dream film. Then find new clips of the actors and any elements that makes the the franchise known for. Ultimately to create a ‘what if’ trailer using effects, music, AI, and editing software like Wondershare Filmora, Photopea, and more. ►What makes Macam Studios unique from other concept trailer channels? If you want to get entertained by the vast concept ideas, get uplifted with bible verse in the end and get inspired to dream without limits, Macam Studios is channel for you! ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Editing Journey: Creating Divergent 4 dream trailer was a challenge not because of the available clips to make it realistic but because of how hard for me to be invested in this franchise. I did my homework of watching all the films in the series but unfortunately I did not become a fan. I had to push the project for days, and finally got a chance to do it. To make it happen we need all the main characters back. Watching the films help because there are a few characters that met there demise like Kate Winslet character, so I would avoid adding her character in the trailer. I begin the trailer showing our main character reliving her memories (so that I could show some flashback from other films). THE GIVER a film I yet to see, had some great dialog like talking about community and order which worked well establishing the beginning of this trailer. For the science fiction side of the franchise I used MORTAL ENGINES clips for amazing scenes of the city. SNOWDEN line “I’m questioning our government” was perfect to make our main character Beatrice say since her character is all about rising above bad leaders. I put the title “Ascendant” because that was the original title that was going to be used but the 4th film was canceled.
