In Macam Studios they are created to inspire film-makers, actors and fans to dreaming without limits, through ‘what if’ trailers. ►How are ‘what if’ trailers made? I start by becoming a fan of the film, then research franchise news, fan theories and updates about the dream film. Then find new clips of the actors and any elements that makes the the franchise known for. Unlike other channels, Macam Studios state at the beginning of each trailers that its 'fan made'. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Editing Journey: I begin the trailer having Thor be a hero by saving someone. Thanks to fan film we get a fresh scene of Thor. Mad Max Furiosa scenes I used for Thor fresh lines, since his character in the film fits the character of Thor being goofy. Thor 5 Trailer 3 has been my most delayed project because I struggled to come up with a solid concept. Eventually, I decided to start editing and see where it would lead. The plot remains simple: Thor comes out of retirement. Using fresh Thor scenes helped bring the trailer together. It opens with Thor narrating, reflecting on his past and his destiny with the hammer, accompanied by flashbacks from previous Thor films. I made it a priority to highlight the humor, as Thor has evolved into an action-comedy. Finding scenes with lightning powers was the easy part, so I gathered as many as possible and crafted a plot where everyone on Earth gains that power. The line from Furiosa, 'I’ve been waiting for someone like you, someone worthy,' was the perfect way to end the trailer, tying into Thor’s theme of worthiness.
