In this video, I am Creating The Fluid Art Cloud Effect. This is what I like to call accidental success however, it was quite easy to do. To create the cloudy effect in the white paint I simply combined equal parts of Craft Smart acrylic paint & Anita's all-purpose acrylic paint as well as a drop of Artist's Loft (which I don't think made any difference).
