How to get better motion blur in Blender? Sometimes default settings are not enough. You can then try this workflow. It's not perfect for every situation. But it also works with Grease Pencil. BTW! Add a background to the final render using view layers or so. Rendering to just transparency can be tricky. Wings might not show up.
