Creating New tapered metal heels #1 ! Создаем Новые конусные металличе

🔹Many thanks to our sponsor-customer from Germany for such an original idea 🤩! We really enjoyed! We agreed on the drawings and dimensions. We bought steel for the sole, 6 millimeters thick. And for the heels we bought a steel cylinder 50 mm thick. We cut out 2 rectangles and rounded one side. Bent it to fit the sole parameters. 2 cones were turned on a lathe on both sides of the cylinder. Нам очень понравилось! Согласовали чертежи и размеры. Купили сталь для подошвы толщиной 6 миллиметров. А для каблуков купили стальной цилиндр 50 миллиметровой толщины. Вырезали 2 прямоугольника, закруглили с 1 стороны. Изогнули под параметры подошвы. На токарном станке выточили 2 конуса с двух сторон цилиндра.
